What to bring, what to expect, and our best tips for throwing a fun, easy, and memorable Discovery Space party.
🎂 Food & Drink
Please bring your own food, drinks, paper products, and utensils. Food must stay in the party room, and we recommend avoiding nuts to protect guests with allergies. No fridge is available, but coolers are welcome!
✅ Want to keep it simple? Finger foods, juice boxes, and cupcakes make serving and cleanup easy.
🥳 Party Favors
Each child will receive a Discovery Space party favor! Our crowd-favorite, color-changing cups are filled with goodies like 3D-printed toys, STEM-themed stickers, and a few pieces of candy. These are included with every party package, and you’re welcome to bring additional favors if you’d like.
✅ Want to personalize? Add name tags or tie on a ribbon for a festive touch!
🎈 Decorations
We provide reusable color-on tablecloths and a colorful photo backdrop! You may bring other decorations, but please avoid glitter or confetti.
✅ Hanging is easy! The divider wall between our party rooms is metal, so magnets are great for hanging decor.
🧹 Setup and Cleanup
You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to start setting up. Your party host will help prep the room and activity materials. After your party, our staff will handle cleanup while guests are welcome to keep exploring!
✅ Keep the party going! Remind guests that their wristband provides same-day access to our exhibit floor, so they’re welcome to stay and play during open hours.
