You’ll notice a new online experience for memberships, admissions, birthday parties, gift cards, and camp/program registration.

The good news? Your membership benefits aren’t changing; just the technology behind them.

Existing Members

If you’re already a Discovery Space member:

✔ Your membership benefits are not changing.

✔ Your membership expiration date is not changing.

✔ Your membership level is not changing.

✔ Your ASTC reciprocal benefits remain the same.

You may be asked to activate or create an online account using the email address associated with your membership.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

  • View memberships
  • Access your digital membership card
  • Manage household members
  • Register for programs
  • Renew memberships

Is my membership still valid?

Yes. Your membership benefits, level, and expiration date remain exactly the same.

Do I need a new membership?

No. Existing memberships transfer to the new system.

Where is my membership card?

Membership cards are now available digitally through your online account.

Physical cards remain available upon request.

Can I still manage my family membership?

Yes. Household members can be managed through your online account.

Will my previous registrations appear in my account?

Some registrations completed in our previous system may not appear in the new platform. Discovery Space staff retain access to those records and can assist if needed.
